If you have an internet service provider (ISP) that gives free webspace already, you may use that free location to host your site. Your internet service provider (ISP) may increase the cost $10 or so per month if the space is not included. This $10 rise in cost is usually accompanied by more webspace and more e-mail addresses. If you get your internet through Rogers@Home or a similar provider, it may be less expensive to pay for a monthly phone line connection to another ISP.
